I grew up in a small town
in New Jersey called Springlake. Our house was only 3 blocks from the ocean. I
started out fishing in local ponds and lakes after school and on weekends. It
wasnt long before I dicovered saltwater fishing from the jetties at our beaches.
After I started doing that it was over, I was hooked. Everyday of the summers ,
that was where you would find me. We would catch Stripers, Bluefish, Blackfish,
Flounder and all kinds of other fish.
When I got a little older and was old enough to work, I went straight to the
docks in Manasquan NJ. I first started out working for Brielle Yacht Club as a
dock hand. After getting to know some of the Captains it wasn't long before I
started working on a boat. Most of the fishing that we did was trolling for
Blues or drifting for Fluke or Flounder. I wasn't quite ready for the Canyon
trips at that time.
After graduating high school, I did some traveling and discovered Jupiter
Florida . I have been living in the Jupiter area for 11 years now and I've been
charter fishing this area for 8 years. I can't imagine doing anything else.
My love for fishing and to watch the expression on peoples faces after having a great day of fishing is what makes my job the best.
